3rd Appointment - 11 Weeks

Today's our 3rd appointment with Douglas.

As usual, the nurse went through the motions of taking Lina's weight. And she proceeded with explaining Douglas's package with us. Its either the 15 hundred bucks or the 18 hundred bucks package. Difference in price due to the latter inclusive of unlimited 3D scanning of the foetus. You'll be able to see facial features and even expressions of the foetus in the later stage of pregnancy. She also gave us brochures detailing the different prices of Mount Elizabeth and Mount Alvernia hospital charges.

Next, came the scan. From now on, the tummy scan will be done. Today marks the 11th week of our baby. On the monitor, we could see the baby fidgeting. As in very active, almost as if it were jumping up and down. Douglas, Lina and I were all very delighted. According to Douglas, everything seems to be normal.

Started Lina on the Ante-Natal vitamin pills. Our next appointment is scheduled on 28th October. A Friday.
